Terms of Service

These terms cover the 00Todo website and hosted sync and integration service at api.00todo.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The app

The iPhone and iPad app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is presented with the app. These terms cover the website and service used with the app.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the information you add and the assistants you authorize to access it. Keep your account and connected services secure. You retain your rights to your task and project content and allow us to process and store it only as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, or access another person’s account or data without permission. Do not submit secrets or sensitive information that you would not want displayed in a widget or shared with an assistant you connect.

Availability

The service may change or be interrupted, and sync may sometimes be delayed. Keep your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose. The service is not designed for emergency or safety-critical use.

Other services

00Todo relies on Apple and Cloudflare and can connect to assistants you choose. Their separate terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for an assistant provider’s handling of information after you authorize its access.

Ending use

You can stop using 00Todo and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access if use violates these terms or threatens the service or other users.

Liability and your rights

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
